Founder’s Story

A Journey Born from Understanding Struggle

Dusty L. Cushard is an accomplished operations and training leader with extensive experience in CDL training program development, regulatory compliance, and multi-site operations.  He has successfully established and managed CDL training locations across multiple states, certified trainers under federal ELDT guidelines, and ensured full compliance with DOT standards.   Dusty is recognized for strengthening workforce performance, driving operational excellence, and fostering a
culture of continuous improvement.
